All 3 King bedrooms include: a VIEW, crisp, high-quality bedding, comfortable mattresses and pillows, closets for hanging clothes, and dressers to make unpacking easy. *Note that the primary upstairs bedroom does not have window coverings on the uppermost windows. If you are sensitive to light in the morning, we recommend you choose a downstairs bedroom or travel with an eye mask. Two heavy-duty, stylish full-over-full bunk beds grace this space. With its own 55-inch Smart TV, closet with luggage rack, and accent lighting, this space is perfect for families, children, or teens who like to hang out. This bunk room shares a bathroom with the downstairs guest room. KITCHEN & DINING Come cook a meal in our fully equipped kitchen with modern THOR appliances. We have everything you need to create a fantastic meal, including basic spices. We offer a coffee bar complete with a Keurig K-cup Coffee Maker, a Ninja 12-cup Coffee Brewer, a French press, and a tea kettle. There’s dining for 8 around our large kitchen table, or you can choose to dine around the oversized island (with seating for 6). With an outdoor table that seats 8, you can take your meal out to the deck to dine al fresco, under the stars. LIVING AREA This is the heart of Serenity Ridge, where soaring vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and an open-concept design create a space that feels both grand and inviting. Natural light pours in from every angle, framing breathtaking mountain views that become part of the living experience. Whether you're watching movies in front of the 75-inch Smart TV, sipping wine in front of the gas fireplace, playing board games at the coffee table, sharing meals in the dining area, or preparing dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, the seamless flow keeps everyone connected while showcasing the beauty of the outdoors. Thoughtfully designed with elevated finishes and timeless mountain-modern style, this stunning great room invites you to slow down, relax, and soak in the peaceful surroundings. The downstairs BASEMENT is equipped with a pool table for countless hours of fun. Serve up your favorite drinks at the wet bar. Watch the big game or your favorite movies on the 75-inch Smart TV. Enjoy indoor-outdoor living through the sliding glass doors that lead to the porch bed swing, the firepit area, and a brand-new 7-seater hot tub. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: All SEVEN TVs are Smart TVs that can stream your favorite apps & shows. We are equipped with high-speed fiber internet, so you're able to stream your favorite shows or easily browse the internet. Board games are in the black cabinet next to the main level fireplace. There are LOTS of books to read, located in the lower-level TV console. In-Home Massage Therapy: Serenity Ridge has partnered with a licensed in-home massage therapist who can provide professional massage services right at the cabin. Add a little extra relaxation to your mountain getaway! Appointments must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. ITEMS WE PROVIDE ~Initial supply of: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish pods, laundry pods, coffee, sugar, and creamer. ~Kitchen towels, pot holders, placemats, & trivets ~Pots, pans, and everything you need for cooking a meal ~Salt, pepper, various spices, and cooking spray ~Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, & dish soap We do not provide firewood. Please consider bringing firewood (for the fire pit and the outdoor fireplace). The Mountainside Market (located 5 minutes from our home on Highway 2) sells firewood bundles for $10.
Other Details to Note
Additional details and rules: -Must be 25 years old to rent Serenity Ridge. -No outside music or loud noise after 10 pm—please be respectful to our full-time resident neighbors -The house is on septic, so please only flush toilet paper and natural waste. -No smoking (of ANY kind), drugs, or vaping inside the house or on decks. -This is a mountain setting, so you may encounter bugs. Leaving the windows and doors closed will help with this. You may also see bears, snakes, deer, turkeys, and other wild animals outside. Please do not approach any wild animals as they can be dangerous. -We welcome young families with children, but please note that we are not child-proof, and this is a mountain setting with high decks, a hot tub, stairs, and fireplaces—please supervise your children at all times. -Four-wheel drive is typically not required to access the property. However, during winter conditions when snow or ice is present, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary. We recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to arrival and planning accordingly. -For the safety and security of our guests and property, Serenity Ridge is equipped with exterior security cameras that monitor the home’s entry points, driveway, and other outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home, and no cameras are directed toward the hot tub or sauna. Your privacy is important to us, and these cameras are used solely for security purposes.

We are located on a private, gated street. The home is situated on 3 wooded acres with a private mountain trail on the mountainside. Guests should enter the trail at their own risk, as it is rugged and uneven.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire property, except for the locked owner's closet. Guests also have access to the Mountain Trail on our property, but should enter at their own risk, as the trail is rugged and not easily navigable.
